Located only 20 minutes from Winnipeg, Oakwood Golf Course has matured into one of Manitoba’s best kept secrets. Since inception in 1988, Oakwood has grown into a challenging 18-hole layout that is fun for players of all skill levels.
Whether your playing in a large tournament or a casual round with friends, Oakwood is a fun place to play. Oakwood has a fully-licensed clubhouse as well as a newly designed pro shop where members and non-members can visit for all their golfing needs.
The practice facilities include a driving range and two separate greens to practice one’s short game. Lessons are available for those who want to shed those few extra strokes. The Par-3, 15th hole is Oakwoods signature hole. Measuring 135 yards from the back tees, players must carry a large pond from an elevated tee box. Those skilled enough to land on the green, must tackle the heavy undulated green. Par is a good score here!
